Monash Micro Imaging is a microscopy and imaging research facility located at Monash University which supports research in the life sciences. MMI staff have a considerable breadth of expertise in microscopy and imaging techniques, and provide comprehensive training to users for all equipment in the facility. Their expertise is also available on a consultation or collaborative basis.
MMI provides consultation, instrumentation, services, training, collaborative research and project development in the areas of:
• Optical and fluorescence microscopy
• Confocal microscopy
• Live cell imaging
• Transmission electron microscopy
• Scanning electron microscopy
• Cryo methods for tissue preparation
• Digital imaging and image analysis
