The Cooper-White group is passionate about bridging the biological and engineering sciences to develop novel solutions to tissue generation and repair. Through our understanding of adult and pluripotent stem cell biology and physiology, our lab aims to exploit our expertise in biomaterial synthesis, fabrication and biomimicry to manipulate stem cell fate choices to drive regeneration in a targeted and efficient manner.

Research

The ARMI affiliated Cooper-White group is focused on the development of novel microfabricated devices, artificial cell culture substrates, directive bionanomaterials, and injectable tissue-integrating hydrogels for applications in stem cell culture, gene therapy, regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
